On the day of your arrival the holiday home / apartment will be available to you from 4 p.m. onwards. On the day of your departure we request that you vacate
the holiday home / apartment by 10 a.m.

You may pay with cash, EC- card and Visa credit cards. To be able to confirm your booking we kindly ask you to make a pre-payment (bank charge free deposit) of € 400,-- per family to our account (account number 00110-192-061) with the BAWAG P.S.K. (branch number BLZ 14000 IBAN AT651400000110192061 Swift BAWAATWW).
A second down payment which covers 90% of your booked services is due to be on our account 14 days prior to arrival. Services booked in the hotel as well as the remaining 10% of your booked services are due upon departure.

Terms of Cancellation
- up to 91 days before start of holiday: € 400,-
- 90 to 29 days before start of holiday: 50%
- 28 to 0 days before start of holiday: 80%
- Early departure - 80% for the days not consumed.

Pets
Please tell us about your pet when booking! Pets are not allowed into the restaurant, in Kid's Club and in the Teenagers' Area, neither on or in the lake nor on the playground. Dogs have to be on the leash at all times. There are some very nice foot paths for dogs. Additional Charge for room cleaning on departure: € 20,-

Do you know our Friends Tell Friends - Programme?
For each recommendation to friends, who then spend at least 10 days with us, you will receive a "recommendation bonus" of 1 day stay for your family (worth up to € 298, depending on the season of your own booking of at least one week). This amount will be deducted from your bill when you check out (provided you have stayed for as long as you had booked for).
